Venue & Schedule

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both events will be held at Hacienda San Carlos Borromeo in Los Arcos, Morelos, Mexico. The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered structure, and the reception will also be outdoors in the cooler afternoon and evening hours.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM to allow time for seating and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

What events are happening throughout the wedding weekend?

-Welcome Dinner - Friday, May 22nd, 6:00–9:00 PM at Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc
-Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Saturday, May 23rd, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM at Hacienda San Carlos Borromeo
-Poolside Farewell Brunch - Sunday, May 24th, 12:00 PM at Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc

Attire & Dress Code

What should I wear?

Our celebrations range from cocktail chic to spring formal. Semi-formal attire is recommended for the weekend.

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Spring Formal. Think elegant, elevated, and comfortable for a warm spring afternoon. We kindly suggest shoes suitable for natural outdoor terrain.

What should I wear to the Welcome Dinner and Farewell Brunch?

-Welcome Dinner: Cocktail Chic

-Farewell Brunch: Relaxed, comfortable, warm-weather attire

Guests & Attendance

Are children allowed?

To create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, our wedding will be adults-only, except for teens ages 12 and up, who are warmly welcome to join us.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invitation will indicate whether a plus-one has been reserved for you. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via Facebook or WhatsApp.

Accommodations & Transportation

Where should I stay?

-Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc - Our primary hotel for guests (Request room with AC)

-Xail Hotel - A modern option with AC, pool, and comfort

Is transportation provided?

Yes. Shuttle service will be available between Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc and Hacienda San Carlos Borromeo. More details will be shared as the wedding approaches.

How do I RSVP?

You may RSVP directly through our wedding website.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by March 14th so we can finalize seating, arrangements, and meal selections.

How do I communicate dietary restrictions?

You will be able to include any dietary needs when submitting your online RSVP.

Communication & Updates

Where can we receive updates?

We will be creating a WhatsApp group for reminders, updates, and day-of information. A link to join will be shared closer to the wedding date.
